Tomato Ketchup | 1 tablespoon |
Red chili garlic sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Green chili sauce | 1 tablespoon |

Cooking

Heat up a pan ( preferably a wok pan). Once the pan is fully hot, add the oil and the onion, ginger, and garlic to the hot oil.

Once the onion is soft, add the cabbage and carrots, and sauté for a bit on high heat only.

After 2 minutes, add the bell pepper and half a portion of spring onions, and continue stirring continuously.

Add soy sauce and vinegar to the mixture, then sauté and mix well.

Add the noodles and sauté the entire mixture well, sprinkling salt as you mix the noodles with the vegetables.

Add red chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, and green chili sauce to the mixture, then toss all the noodles and vegetables together. This makes your chow mein ready to serve.
