| Chopped Tomatoes | 1/4 Cup |

| Potatoes (cut into small pieces) | 1/4 Cup |
| Chopped Ginger | 2 Tablespoons |
| Chopped Cilantro | 1/4 Cup |
| Cumin Seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon |
| Turmeric Powder | a pinch |
| Vegetable oil | 3 tablespoons |
| Salt | 1 teaspoon |
Preparation
Soak Sabudana in the water for at least two hours.
Shallow fry the potatoes.
Cooking- Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. When it heats, add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then, add ginger and green chilies and fry them until they are light golden brown.

Add a pinch of turmeric powder, sauté for a little while, then add the tomatoes. Sauté for 2 minutes. Don't let them pulpy.
- Step 3
Add sabudana, salt, and lemon juice, mix all together, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
ServingGarnish with cilantro and peanuts, and it's ready to serve.
